Carol's Family Daycare has been part of the Christiansburg community since 1993. What started as a calling has grown into more than three decades of caring for the children of families we've come to know and love.
We believe children thrive in a real home — with a predictable rhythm, familiar faces, and the kind of unhurried attention that only a small group can offer. We keep our numbers small on purpose, so every child is known by name and every parent feels like a partner, not just a drop-off.

Owner & Lead Caregiver
Carol has been caring for young children in this home since 1993. Over more than three decades she's built the routines, relationships, and quiet confidence that make this a steady, loving place for small kids. She holds current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification and brings a lifetime of experience to every family she works with.
Jennifer Westmoreland
Assistant Caregiver
Jennifer joined Carol's Family Daycare in October 2025. A mother herself, she brings warmth, patience, and the kind of natural instincts that come from years of raising children of her own. She holds current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification and shares Carol's belief that every child deserves to feel at home here.
