What we believe

Children flourish when they're known — not managed. We keep our group small on purpose, so every child gets the kind of attention they'd get from a thoughtful aunt, not a busy classroom.

A day in our home

Predictable rhythm, room to wander

Our days follow a gentle, predictable shape. Kids feel safest when they know what comes next, but there's always room for the morning to take its own turn.

7:00am

Morning arrivals

Doors open at 7:00. Early risers ease in with quiet TV time while everyone gets settled.

8:00am

Breakfast

We sit down together for breakfast.

8:30am

Free play

Open choice time with toys, books, and blocks.

9:30am

Learning time

Circle time, arts and crafts, and structured activities.

10:30am

Outside play

Fenced yard for running, climbing, and exploring. Extreme heat or bad weather moves things inside.

11:30am

Clean up & lunch

We tidy up, wash hands, and sit down together for lunch.

12:30pm

Nap & quiet time

All children rest until 2:30. We can't make them sleep, but everyone stays on their mat quietly.

2:30pm

Afternoon snack

Snack to refuel after rest.

3:00pm

Outside play

Another round outdoors when weather allows.

4:00pm

Wind-down

Inside time, a movie, and getting things together for the trip home.
